The best form of zinc available. It contains copper, which prevents any "distortions" in the body. When used alongside selenium, kelp, and tyrosine, it effectively restores cellular hypothyroidism. I have been taking it for over three months, and my pelvic pain associated with mastopathy has significantly diminished, which brings me immense joy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this particular form of zinc; it deserves the highest accolades!
